Barcelona Sailing and Winery Tour – La Gineta
If you have spent some time in Barcelona you may have already seen the Gineta boat cruising past the beaches as it is used for daily cruises.
However, your group will have this stunning 24 metre boat to yourselves! Your group will board Gineta at Port Vell and the boat will set out along the coast. From the comfort of the boat, you will be able to see some of the great sights of Barcelona, including her lovely beaches, as well as being able to look out across the Mediterranean Sea.
The boat will continue up the coast until the port of Masnou, a journey of around 90 minutes, in which you will be able to socialise with your fellow passengers and take in the scenery.
Alta Alella – Wine Tour and Tasting
Once you have disembarked in Masnou, your group will board the bus which will drive you through the countryside to an organic “bodega”, or winery, to enjoy an amazing tour of the vineyards and see the wine-making process. The owners of the bodegas are passionate and full of knowledge, so you’re sure to be swept up in their enthusiasm for their product and develop a deeper appreciation of the work it takes to make a good wine.
You can also squeeze in some great metaphors about how building a great team and a great business is like creating a fine wine… or just enjoy the experience together, it’s your choice!
Of course you can’t leave the Alella region and bodegas without trying the wines, so a wine tasting is included in this activity and takes place after the tour. It’s always a great experience to taste homegrown products and a tasting at a winery, where you have just walked the vineyards, seen the grapes and followed their journey from the vine to your cup, is a something truly special for you and your team to take part in.
Once all has been said and all the wine has been drunk, the minibuses will be there to transport everyone back to the Barcelona city centre to continue their day.
