We always give prices in euros and we need to receive the correct amount in euros. We suggest using Google to get an idea of the exchange rates day-to-day, but the exchange rate ultimately depends on your bank.
Unless otherwise agreed, we take a 20% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due one week before you arrive.
Once you have received your invoice, you can pay by credit/debit card using the secure link in your confirmation email, or by bank transfer. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email.
Weather
The day before, we will check the weather. If there is a high risk of rain, we will offer you 3 options:
- Plan B with another activity, a full refund if you don’t want to take the risk, or if you want to take the risk,
- We will proceed and adapt if it rains (In the summer it usually rains heavily for a maximum of 30 minutes and then stops).
- Additionally, the day before the event, we usually know if there is a high risk of bad weather, so it will be easy to make a decision.
