3️⃣ We finalize all the bespoke arrangments and we will send you the final quote where we require the 20% deposit to confirm the event

COMMON FAQ

1️⃣ Payment Terms: to confirm the event we need a 20% deposit and the full amount one week before. You can pay by bank transfer or by debit/credit card through a payment link

2️⃣ Final numbers: you have the freedom to adjust the number of participants for the event up until one week beforehand, and there won’t be any penalties or additional charges. However, please note that some activities may have variable pricing based on the group size
